Structure: what you're doing, where it stands, what you need. Point first. No context-setting before it. No "as you know." Just the point.
Why this week: Your 1:1 notes from the last two months show a pattern — you build strong context before the point. That works in a conversation. It doesn't work in a project brief or an agentic workflow spec where the model reads the first sentence and acts on it. This challenge is small. The habit it builds isn't.
